Accommodation Options

1. Guest Houses (Our guest house accommodation consists of three adjacent buildings, together accommodating up to 80 guests in a combination of single and double rooms, all with private bathrooms.
    Single and double rooms with private bathrooms.
    The Main Guest House includes the restaurant and meeting facilities.
    A second guest house is located directly beside the Main Guest House.
 
2. Youth Hostels
    Three student hostels reserved exclusively for forum guests during the event.
    Rooms include a mix of shared-bathroom accommodation and rooms with private bathrooms.
    Room configurations include 4-bed and 6-bed (bunk bed) rooms.
    Located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the Main Guest House.
    Shuttle buses can be arranged if required.
 
Overall accommodation capacity: Up to 160 guests.
 
Please note that all guests, regardless of which guest house or youth hostel they are accommodated in, will enjoy their meals together in the Main Guest House restaurant.
 
All accommodation packages are offered on a Full Board basis (€37 per person/day), including:
    Daily Breakfast
    Lunch
    Dinner
    Beverages served during meal times
 
Guests may choose between accommodation in our Guest Houses or our Youth Hostels, depending on their preferences and room requirements.
